The UTS Law Review
The UTS Law Review, founded in 1999, is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary journal that is registered by the Department of Education, Science and Training as a refereed journal.
The current volume (#8) entitled Racism, Religious Intolerance and the Law was launched on 29 March 2007. This volume explores the topical legal issues of discrimination and prejudice and includes articles by leading Australian scholars.
Previous volumes of the UTS Law Review have examined the intersection between the law and the media, the law and information technology, and the topic of legal education.
The UTS Law Review is published by the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney, in conjunction with Halstead Press.

The UTS Law Review is administered by an Editorial Board comprising students selected on merit and by competitive application, advised by a Faculty Advisory Committee chaired by the Editor.
