Managing Your Studies

Management of your enrolment and program of study at UTS is online via One Stop Student Administration. All law students are responsible for ensuring that their program of study is correct and appropriate to their degree, your program of study needs to be updated prior to each semester you are enrolled. See Enrolment 2008 for detailed information about re-enrolment.

My Student Admin allows you to:

• Update your personal details
• View your enrolment & corresponding class information
• Expand your Study Plan (eg PLT or Options/Electives)
• Enrol in subjects
• Withdraw from subjects
• View your results
• Generate reports about your student record
• Calculate cumulative credit points
• Register for Graduation

My Subject Activities allows you to:

• Register into classes (eg lectures, tutorials, seminars etc)
• Allocate your preferences for class times/days
• Access your personalised timetable

e-Request allows you to:

• Make an application to enrol in or withdraw from a subject which is blocked. (You are required to check the subjects "access conditions" before making an e-Request)

Progression Category allows you to:

• Monitor your course status (e.g. offered, admitted, sanctioned, passed, withdrawn)
