Balancing Rights and Interests in the 21st Century: An Intellectual Property, Media and Communications Law Roundtable
The Intellectual Property, Media and Communications Research Network at the University of Technology, Sydney held a to a two-day roundtable on 29 – 30 November 2010 held in collaboration with the Drake University Intellectual Property Law Center.
The roundtable brought together scholars and policy makers in intellectual property and media and communications law from around the world with a focus on:
- intellectual property innovation and trade
- media and communication law
- copyright and trade marks
- patent law genetic resources, traditional knowledge and cultural expression
