Corporate, commercial and tax law research network

The corporate, commercial and tax law research network comprises a group of researchers engaged, jointly and individually, in research projects in this broad field. The projects range from central topics in corporate and commercial law to emerging issues in telecommunications and ICT regulation and intellectual property issues in the context of international trade, globalisation and digitisation.
Although the projects reflect the particular research interests of members, many share a common orientation to the reform and renewal of legal structures and regulatory policy and their responsiveness to changing financial, global and social circumstances. A number of research projects also explore legal education dimensions or implications.
