Moot Court

UTS: Law features an exclusive purpose-built Moot Court. Designed to reflect the real-life courtroom experience of the NSW Supreme and District Courts, the Moot Court is regularly used by UTS: Law students to develop their practical skills as an advocate and litigator, as well as to showcase mock-court scenarios to large audiences.

The UTS: Law Moot Court also offers a lively, practical space for competitors participating in the Faculty’s many inter-varsity mooting programs. Most recently, UTS: Law attained winning first place in the Sir Harry Gibbs National Moot Competition.
