Preparatory Courses for NSW Bar Association Exams

UTS Faculty of Law is providing preparation courses for all three NSW Bar Association Entrance exams that are scheduled for July 2008.

Courses to be offered in June 2008:

1. Legal Ethics for Barristers (5 hours over 2 evenings)
   
2. Aspects of Evidence (5 hours over 2 evenings) 
   
3. Practice and Procedure for Barristers (7 hours over 3 evenings)

Students of these courses will be given access to the UTS Blake Library (Haymarket Campus), for a period of 12 months. Students can use online facilities (i.e. all Legal databases that UTS has the licences for) within the library, as well as use the Law Tutorial Room and other services such as photocopying.

Dates:

Weekday evenings, 10 - 20 June 2008 (Bar Exams are scheduled for July 2008)

UTS:LAW, Cnr Quay Street & Ultimo Road, Haymarket, 2007

Cost:

1.  Legal Ethics for Barristers: $290.
2.  Aspects of Evidence: $290.
3.  Practice and Procedure for Barristers: $425.

All three courses available at a discounted rate of $860.
