Academic Profile
Geoffrey Moore is an experienced lecturer who teaches in the areas of Real Property (since 1980) and Deceptive Trade Practices (since 1989). He has also taught Remedies, Civil Litigation, Federal Constitutional Law and Commercial Transactions and was an inaugural lecturer at Southern Cross University.
Geoff has taken leadership roles in the Faculty including the position of Sub-Dean. He has had an interest in legal education and was associated with development of the then-unique Master of Laws and Legal Practice (MLLP) program, which was the forerunner to the JD Program now offered by the Faculty.
Geoff is a recognised expert in the areas of commercial, equity, and property law in general and Deceptive Trade Practices law, in particular. He has appeared in the High Court, and in the appellate courts of the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of N.S.W.

Continuing research and writing in the areas of Real Property and Deceptive Trade Practices.
