Academic Profile
Dr David Meltz joined the Faculty in 1992 after carrying on private practice as a Solicitor for many years. He was the first staff member to obtain an SJD from UTS.
David has served as Director, Post Graduate Programs and in 2002 he was a co- recipient of the UTS Team Teaching Award given for outstanding teaching.
Dr Meltz has written on various aspects of the Trade Practices Act, 1974 (Cth) and taught in the areas of Business Law, Competition Law, Marketing Law, International Business Law, Communications Law and the Law Relating to Community Organisations.
